Free trade deals often include Investor State Dispute Systems (ISDS) that establish secretive courts to rule on corporate objections to government polices such as minimum wage laws. The UK and Australia are negotiating a trade deal which may include an ISDS. An interview with the Head of International Relations of Unison, Nick Crook.
